The Animals in Spanish 1 – Word Scramble is an entertaining online game where you unscramble letters to guess five animal names! This will help you to practice vocabulary about animals in Spanish.
First of all, you have to look at the animal in the picture. Then you have to choose in the correct order the appropriate letters from the list of buttons on the left to form the name of the animal (note that there are also buttons for vowels with accents or dieresis, to be used where necessary). Each time you click on one of these buttons, you will hear the letter.
In the central part you can see two sections: on the right the score or number of points (puntos) and on the left a hint indicating the number of letters in the word you need to find out.
When you have the name of the animal written below, click on the green button Comprobar (Check) to see if the name is correct or not. To delete the selected letters, click on the yellow button Borrar and then start the word again.
For each correct word you earn one point, up to a total of five points. If you write the correct animal name, you will be able to listen to it in Spanish.
